July 11th features the music of the Eagles and the band Life In The Fast Lane. For over thirty years Life In The Fast Lane has been playing a 2+ hour note-for-note tribute to the Eagles and the solo work of Don Henley, Glenn Frey, and Joe Walsh. You will hear all of your favorite hits from “Take It Easy” to “Hotel California” with some surprises in between. Life In The Fast Lane does not simply play the music of the Eagles, they become the Eagles.
The sounds of Journey fills the stage a Western Gateway Park on August 1. If you’re a fan of the legendary band Journey, then you simply can’t miss Journey Revisited’s electrifying live performances! Founded in 2011, this California-based band has dedicated itself to bringing back the classic Journey sound, and boy, do they deliver! With their exceptional musicianship and raw talent, they’ve managed to recreate the iconic sound of the album-oriented rock era, without the need for any pre-recorded backing tracks or digital vocal enhancements.
These guys cover all the fan favorites, from the ever-popular Don’t Stop Believin’ and Wheel in the Sky to Any Way You Want It, Lights, and many more. But what sets Journey Revisited apart from the rest is their sheer energy and passion for the music. They pour their hearts and souls into every performance, and it shows. The audience can’t help but feel the electrifying energy that fills the room, and it’s an experience that stays with you long after the show is over. On August 29th/ it is time to get funky with the hottest horn line this side of Oakland! Hipper than Hip was formed in 2015 with the goal of bringing back the classic sounds of great horn line bands. We drew inspiration mostly from Tower of Power and then added Chicago, Earth Wind and Fire, Aretha, Tina, Stevie, Bruno, and more. If they had a great horn line, and our fans would love it, we wanted to play their music.
